A little more of a fluctuation than I expected but it’s not too surprising.   A friend took me to lunch at Cheesecake Factory and I couldn’t quite bypass the wheat bread.   Had the chicken maderia and subbed broccoli for the mashed potatoes.  Again, I could only eat 1/2 so dinner was the other half.

Made another mistake at lunch – it was a late lunch around 3 p.m. and I had a lot of the mango tea – it’s unsweeted and I used some sweet and low but I haven’t been drinking caffeine.  I was up until after 3 a.m. 

Crystal – actually didn’t have sandwich meat – it was chopped bbq from a local shop but they might add a bit of salt.  I have been thirsty the last few days so it could be extra salt.  Thanks hon… am doing better today. 

Biz – could be salt, it’s never been a big problem for me but it could be the issue. 

Yesterday’s Menu
Breakfast – 3 sausages
Lunch – 1/2 chicken maderia and some bread
Dinner – other 1/2 of chicken maderia

  1. Okay, okay I am not going to say it…I will let Biz smack you for the sweet-n-low. :D (I get it daily when I drink the diet stuff) HA!

    But in all seriousness….it will make you retain something awful. And girl, yea pork is the king Mac Daddy of fluid retention. Forget lunch meat! HA! LOL

    Just chug the water….and keep moving forward. :D
